Nissan Continues to Provide Complete Assistance for Cars Affected

  • Nissan sets up a special helpdesk dedicated to assisting customers with flood-affected vehicles & will provide free Roadside Assistance (RSA) services
  • A waiver of insurance claim process fees of up to INR 1000 for flood-affected vehicles 

Hyderabad, 02 September 2024: Following the recent floods that have ravaged several parts of India, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has launched a number of assistance initiatives for its customers. With a variety of support services, the organization is dedicated to assisting its clients during these trying times.

Nissan has set up a specialized help center for its clients whose cars have been damaged by flooding. The business will offer complimentary Roadside Assistance (RSA) services, which will include towing the damaged cars to the closest authorized Nissan repair facility. Furthermore, Nissan and its dealers are working together to waive insurance claim processing expenses for flood-affected vehicles up to INR 1000. The goal of this program is to make it less expensive for clients to resolve their insurance claims.

The managing director of Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Saurabh Vatsa, commented on this, saying, “Since our customers are an essential part of the Nissan family, it’s crucial that we come together as a brand and support our community.” Our efforts to help our clients who have been impacted by the floods are coordinated. We intend to demonstrate our dedication to our consumers during this difficult period by offering crucial services and prompt support via a dedicated special hotline.

Additionally, Nissan Motor India is offering a 10% special offer on engine oil / oil filter replacements, 10% special offer on floor carpet replacements and a detailed vehicle health check-up at authorized service workshops for all flood-affected vehicles. This special offer will be available at authorized service workshops for services rendered within the next two months. Customers in need of assistance are encouraged to reach out to the dedicated helpdesk at 1800 209 3456 or visit their nearest Nissan Authorized Service Workshop for support.
