APLF’s In Touch sourcing event joined by East African tanners

Under the Supporting India Trade and Investment for Africa (SITA) project to join InTouch, APLF’s online sourcing event, APLF said it will bring five East African tanners in partnership with the International Trade Centre (ITC)

From July 14, 5-6pm (Hong Kong time) The East African companies invited to participate in the InTouch event, supply from wet-blue to finished leather to the leather and footwear sectors in Asia and Europe. APLF.com’s InTouch is a live sourcing event on Zoom, during which suppliers present their products for enquiries and quotations.

SITA aims to improve the competitiveness of leather businesses in five East African countries; Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania, through the provision of partnerships with Indian and international buyers, funded by UK Department for International Development.
