Lenzing receives highest CSR rating from EcoVadis for the fourth time in a row  

Global rating standard evaluates over 130,000 companies: Lenzing among top 1 percent 

Lenzing – With a platinum grade in the EcoVadis CSR rating, The Lenzing Group is a top provider of regenerated cellulose fibers to the textile and nonwovens industries. The environment, human rights and fair working conditions, ethics, and sustainable procurement are the four most significant CSR practices that are fully covered by the ranking.

EcoVadis, a renowned global supplier of sustainability evaluations for businesses, has granted Lenzing platinum designation for the fourth consecutive year. This places Lenzing among the top 1% of businesses worldwide as assessed by EcoVadis. In the areas of ethical and sustainable sourcing, Lenzing made the most advancements this year. In the domains of labor & human rights as well as certifications, Lenzing did better than the year before. With the establishment of its global network of over 130,000 rated enterprises since 2007, EcoVadis has grown to become the biggest and most reliable source of sustainability ratings for businesses globally. Companies’ policies, actions, and public reports on labor and human rights, the environment, ethics, and sustainable procurement are all assessed under the methodological framework.
