Face masks have become an important part of our life today. As all the officals constantly recommending to wear a mask to stop the spread of the virus. Its also important for us to know that how much protection is provided to us by the mask. Here is the list of a few mask easily available in the market.

N95:-
The N95 is the most recognisable and effective mask, its name means it can block at least 95% of tiny particles — 0.3 mircons– that are the hardest to capture. These masks, which are designed for single use, are made with polyester and other synthetic fibres, including layers od of tangled fibres that act as s filter to make it harder for particles to pass through. Make sure there are ni pags between the edge of the mask and your skin. This one includes a nose piece that is molded to your face.

Medical:-
Medical masks come in a few varieties and are less effective than N95s: Some filter as much as 60% to 80%of small particles undrr lab conditions. They are disposable and designed to be used just once.

Homemade:-
Depending on the fabric and how it’s made, homemade mask can sometimes protect the way a simple medical version does. And any face covering is better than nothing. A good homemade mask uses a material that is dense enough to capture viral particles but breathable enough that you can tolerate it.
