A test terminal block is JTTBU, while an electrical reset auxiliary relay is JRV 192 A.

For the textile sector, JVS Electronics Pvt Ltd provides the test terminal block utility (JTTBU) and electrical reset auxiliary relay (JRV 192 A).

Test terminal block utility

In control panels and switch boards, test terminal blocks, often known as TTBs, are used to facilitate testing of metre and relays without physically removing them. The test terminal blocks often allow for the testing and calibration of equipment by authorised individuals through the simple joining and de-linking of connections without disconnecting any cables or power connections.

JTTBU is a test terminal block having a 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 1100V, 20A rating. It has characteristics like:

  • Stylish and slim design
  • User-friendliness of testing
  • Housing built of phenolic chemicals, which are non-flammable and non-hygroscopic
  • superior brass pieces that are electrically conducting
  • exceptionally low contact resistance both front and rear connection types are offered Depending on the needs of the client, an option may be made
  • There is an opaque/transparent cover option.

Electrical reset auxiliary relay

Electrical reset auxiliary relays have eight contacts per relay and operate on voltage. Each component is protected by a mold-made, clear, dust-proof polycarbonate cover. To ensure high electrical performance, radio metal is utilised for the magnetic components of the armature, core, and yoke of the auxiliary relay. The contacts are nickel-plated and constructed of phosphor bronze. Contacts are made entirely of silver. Very good contact performance is ensured by the usage of these materials.

Numerous voltage and contact configurations, electromechanical construction, electrical reset contacts, a protective clear cover for the element, and a small panel mounting casing are some of its features.

JRV 192 A relay is intended for use in the applications requiring:

  • Increased current carrying or interrupting capability in a contact (low current contact energises the coil to close the high current contact)
  • Circuit isolation
  • Contact conversion (for example from a normal open to closed condition)
  • Contact multiplication (from one contact input to two contact output)
