Mag Solvics, a prominent player in the textile testing instruments industry, has recently been honoured with multiple awards for its cutting-edge product, the HVT Genius 2. The company received a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ for R&D Innovation from the Textile Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (TMMA) and the coveted ‘R&D Innovation Award’ from the Indian Textile Accessories and Machinery Manufacture Association (ITAMMA). This recognition highlights the outstanding features and innovation showcased by the HVT Genius 2.

The HVT Genius 2 boasts a host of unique features that set it apart from other testing instruments in the market. With its tower type construction and fully automatic comb preparation – RotoSampler, it enables efficient testing of length and strength parameters. Additionally, the instrument offers automated feeding in the micronaire module, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of fineness. The HVT Genius 2 also facilitates simultaneous testing of colour, surface trash, and moisture content in a single operation, streamlining the testing process.

Equipped with an inbuilt industrial-grade balance, touchscreen display, and wireless integration with a printer, the HVT Genius 2 ensures seamless operation. It’s inbuilt RH per cent and temperature sensor, along with an air booster and reservoir, guarantee uninterrupted testing. Furthermore, the instrument allows for a greater number of tests to be conducted within a given time frame.

C Dhandayuthapani, the Managing Director of Mag Solvics, expressed gratitude towards TMMA and ITAMMA for recognizing and appreciating their valued innovation in the field of textile testing. He also highlighted the instrument’s ability to evaluate various cotton quality parameters, including length, strength, micronaire, colour, trash content, and moisture, all in a single tester. For enhanced testing capabilities, the HVT Genius 2 can be combined with MAG’s fully automatic trash separator, the AccuTrash, which enables the assessment of real gravimetric trash content in cotton lots. This comprehensive evaluation ensures reliable and efficient operations for spinning mills.

With these prestigious awards, Mag Solvics’ HVT Genius 2 further solidifies its position as a game-changer in the textile testing industry. The company continues to strive for innovation and looks forward to presenting more ground-breaking solutions in the future.
