Ludhiana-based India’s textile giant Vardhman Textiles Ltd. has won various awards at 4th CII National Kaizen Circle Competition 2021.
This recently organised prestigious competition had entries from across the industries and many prestigious companies participated in the same.
Vardhman Fabrics, Budhni (MP) was the winner in the category of best innovative Kaizen for quality as well as the first runner up in the category of best Kaizen for utility & energy management.
The Group’s another unit Auro Weaving Mills, Baddi (HP) was the second runner up in the category of best Kaizen for safety improvement.
Auro Spinning Mills, Baddi (HP) was the first runner up in the category of best Kaizen for safety improvement, while Auro Textiles II was also the second runner up in the category of best Kaizen for safety improvement.
It is pertinent to mention here that Vardhman Group has state-of-the-art facilities and expert professionals.
In another development, Vardhman Textiles has covered over 90 per cent of its staffers as the organisation has inoculated 6,059 employees in Punjab, 7,564 in Himachal Pradesh and 7,999 in Madhya Pradesh so far.
Suchita Oswal Jain, Vice-Chairperson and JMD, Vardhman Textiles said, “The employees in the age group of 45-60 were vaccinated during the initial phase and inoculation of those above 18 years of age began as soon as the Government approved of it.”
The Group conducted vaccination drives at the doorstep for its employees and their family members.
