The Uzbek team has reached an agreement with Iranian colleagues to export textile items worth $5 million, according to the Dunyo news agency.
The visit to the nation was coordinated by the Uzbek Embassy in Iran.
Bakhtiyor Karimov, the deputy khokim of the Kitab district in the Kashkadarya region, led the delegation. A textile supply deal was signed with the Iranian business Payam Gostar Tejarat Farda. The Uzbek team informed the hosts on the Kashkada region’s investment, commerce, and economic prospects.
Negotiations were undertaken with the board chairman of the Suhrob Purmaddoh company to launch an investment project aimed at localising their manufacturing in the Kitab area. As a consequence of the discussion, an agreement was made to organise the Iranian delegation’s visit to the Kashkadarya area in August of this year and to carry out a cooperative project.
