On Thursday, Trident stock surged after the company revealed its production data for May 2021.
According to the regulatory filing today, the company produced 5,122 metric tons of bath linen and 10,311 metric tons of yarn in May 2021 under the home textile division.
In addition, 3.04 million meters of bed linen were produced in the month under consideration.
Meanwhile, Trident’s paper and chemicals divisions produced 12,569 metric tons of paper and 9,046 metric tons of chemicals, respectively.
Trident was trading at Rs16.40 per piece, up 1.6 percent on the Sensex at around 10.56 a.m.
