The government plans to introduce a 24-hour helpline for exporters soon: Piyush Goyal

Goyal stated that the government introduced a 24-hour helpline for dealers at the start of Covid-19. However, we now believe that in order to meet the concerns of exporters, a comparable 24-hour helpline should be established. If necessary, it will elevate exporter issues to a higher level, he said. Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal announced the launch of National Vanijya Saptah at Noida Special Economic Zone that the government will soon introduce a 24×7 hotline number where exporters may get their concerns resolved.
Goyal stated that the government introduced a 24-hour helpline for dealers at the start of Covid-19. Piyush Goyal launched the Vanijya Saptah campaign in Noida SEZ today. Goyal announced that the Vanijya Saptah will be held in around 749 districts. We are honoured to launch our campaign from the country’s largest state, which is rapidly progressing.
Uttar Pradesh has improved its ease of doing business ranking from 12 to 2nd in 2018-19. Amroha district is known for brass and aluminium products but it is doing well in producing musical equipment also. Badaun district is well known for mustard seed. The Commerce Minister said, “We provide marketing assistance to our farmers for their products which are exported”.
In response to a question on the container scarcity, Commerce Minister remarked, “We offer marketing help to our farmers whose products are exported. We have extended this marketing aid so that our farmers can receive the necessary assistance. We’re also talking about it with the cabinet secretary for the Railways and Shipping Ministry. Despite the fact that container shortages are a global issue, our administration is working to find a solution and enhance the supply of containers in the country.”
