SHIMA SEIKI U.S.A. Inc.Turns 34

This April 2020, SHIMA SEIKI U.S.A. Inc celebrates its 34th year in business after being founded in 1986. We’d lake this time reflect back on our journey in the USA and continue to understand that we weren’t able to make it all these years without our customers’ and uses’ support! Back in 1986, with the overwhelming demand for knitwear manufacturing in the Northeast, we decided to headquarter our first US location in Monroe Township, NJ in order to support local knitters in the greater Northeast. Since then, we’ve held numerous seminars, sample showcases, events, and parties at this location. Although many knitters have disappeared in the Northeast since then, we’re starting to see a huge revival in domestic manufacturing, not only in fashion applications but also across various industries including home goods, automotive, medical, and more.
