Precision Textiles (PT), a global provider of industrial coated fabrics, nonwovens, and laminates, has signed a lease for a new 160,000-square-foot campus on 25 acres in Troy, North Carolina.
The new factory, which is anticipated to be ready by the beginning of September, will allow the firm to offer a broader choice to its client base in the fast-growing mattress sector.
Precision Textiles PT has announced plans to build its first domestic manufacturing facility outside its New Jersey headquarters. The company says the new plant will help to “double the manufacturer’s needle-punch nonwovens production and boost its high-loft quilting fibre output by 50 per cent” PT is a global supplier of coated fabrics for companies in the mattress, home furnishings, automotive and healthcare industries.
