The Advanced Materials business of Huntsman has expanded its preferred distribution partnership with Azelis Americas CASE in the US and Azelis Canada in Canada.
Under the partnership, Azelis will lead the distribution of Advanced Materials coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) business in the US and Canada.
Huntsman Advanced Materials Americas commercial director Peter Huntsman said: “Huntsman and Azelis have enjoyed a successful business relationship for almost 40 years. One of their primary strengths is a commitment to unparalleled customer service throughout the sales process.
“This expanded agreement strengthens our reach to our target markets in the United States and Canada, and we believe that Azelis will continue to establish Huntsman as the leading provider of material solutions that creates mutual value for our customers and our stakeholders.”
Azelis is engaged in the distribution of speciality chemicals and food ingredients in more than 50 countries across the globe, with a workforce of nearly 2,200 employees.
Huntsman intends to execute all the formal agreements with Azelis in the weeks to come, enabling the company to offer its products in the expanded territory by 1 October 2020.
Azelis will be distributing Huntsman’s legacy CASE business, as well as CVC Thermoset Specialties product lines.
