He has 25 years of rich experience of industry, commerce & trade with industry, academic universities & institutions. He worked dedicatedly for development textile, cotton & clothing sector, cluster development, entrepreneurship development & involved in various social movements. He had worked with prestigious Textile Association of India as ‘National Chairman’ of the association. He is working as Director of Wanjari Group of institutions, Hon. Secretary of TAI-Vidarbha & Member of Maharashtra Economic Development Council and Cotton Advisory Council. His father Prof.Dr.Shyam Sonare was loyal congressman. He worked as ‘Block Congress President’ at Warud Taluka from Amravati district. He worked very closely with Late Prime Minister Hon.Indiraji Gandhi & Former Prime Minister Hon.Shree.P.V.Narsimha Raoji. Hon.Prime Minister Hon.Indiraji Gandhi appreciated his dedicated efforts and contribution in the growth of congress in Warud Morshi region through letter in her own handwriting.
