Indo Count, a leading manufacturer of home textile bed linen, has signed a licensing agreement with Iconix International to bring two iconic brands, Fieldcrest and Waverly, to the US and Canadian markets. This move strengthens Indo Count’s position in North America following their acquisition of Wamsutta.

The licensing agreements cover a wide range of products including sheets, bedding, bath towels, and window treatments. This broadens Indo Count’s brand portfolio and allows them to cater to a wider range of customers in the US and Canada.

Fieldcrest, founded in 1893, is known for its high-quality bedding and bath products. Waverly, established in 1923, offers stylish home decor products with a focus on current trends and design.

By adding these established brands, Indo Count can target different consumer segments and increase their overall market presence in North America. The partnerships also support Indo Count’s expansion plans and position them for future growth.

Consumers can expect to see a new range of home textile products that reflect the rich heritage and design of both Fieldcrest and Waverly.

Both Indo Count and Iconix executives expressed their enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the shared commitment to quality and innovation. This collaboration is expected to benefit both companies and lead to the continued success of the Fieldcrest and Waverly brands.
