The World Surf League (WSL) and Flexfit, the company that created the first stretch-fitted caps, are working together to host the 2024 US Open of Surfing at Huntington Beach Pier. Flexfit will launch its cutting-edge FLEXFIT SEAWOOL Collection at the official WSL merchandise store in honor of Yupoong’s 50th anniversary.

An important advancement in eco-friendly fashion may be seen in the FLEXFIT SEAWOOL Collection. This innovative material, which is made from leftover oyster shells and recycled plastic waste, has cutting-edge properties like moisture management, odor control, and temperature regulation. These characteristics make it perfect for a range of uses, including athletic wear and fall/winter clothing.

In celebration of its 50-year legacy, Yupoong is also launching its sustainability pledge, ‘Root For Tomorrow,’ with WSL as a key partner. This initiative underscores Flexfit’s commitment to innovative headwear technology, blending comfort and sustainability to reduce environmental impact.

As Yupoong continues to push the boundaries of performance and comfort, its chairman, often referred to as ‘The King of Hats,’ remains at the forefront of the industry. Don’t miss the chance to explore the Flexfit Seawool hat at the WSL Store during the US Open of Surfing
