Bangalore, June 21st, 2022: Kapture CRM has appointed Jagadeesan Kumar as its Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development. His appointment comes at a time when the leading enterprise-grade, SaaS-based customer experience platform is successfully helping 1000+ brands in 16 countries to make customer service more intelligent and contextual. After his appointment, Jagadeesan will help Kapture CRM to build better processes and scale into a better structured company that can truly unlock immense value for all our team members and shareholders.

Before joining KaptureCRM, Jagadeesan has successfully led his own boutique investment banking firm that helped multiple early stage start-ups. In his career, he worked at KPMG where he contributed his skills, knowledge and expertise in the growth of India’s top start-ups and listed companies. Carrying a degree in law and a Chartered Accountant, he is also a former national level tennis player. During his association with KaptureCRM, he will work with founders closely and will help the company to achieve new heights in the coming future.
