As the Managing Director of Donear Group, Mr. Agarwal has been at the forefront of transformation. Under his leadership, Donear Group is currently undergoing a remarkable transition from a fabric textile company to India’s leading Lifestyle & Fashion house. His steadfast belief in adapting to the changing times has paved the way for a systematic plan of expansion and diversification, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey.
Mr. Agarwal’s vision has given rise to pioneering fabrics, continuous product development, and the establishment of a strategically sound marketing network. This approach has not only ensured the sustained growth of Donear Group but has also garnered global recognition.
Under his guidance, Donear Group has successfully acquired two world-famous textile companies, GBTL Ltd. and OCM PVT. LTD., along with renowned brands such as GRASIM SUITING (now GRADO) and OCM, in addition to the MAYUR brand from RSWM Ltd. These strategic moves have fortified Donear Group’s comprehensive product basket and expanded its global footprint.
Today, Donear Group stands as the premier producer of branded menswear suiting fabric, offering a wide range of high-quality fabrics, including P/V, TR, P/W, 100% Wool, and Cottons. Such diverse offerings are a testament to Mr. Agarwal’s unwavering commitment to excellence.
