Manufacturing S.p.A. to deliver a state-of-the-art production line for needle-punched and thermobonded polyester media. This strategic collaboration between the three family-owned companies will establish one of Europe’s largest multi-purpose nonwoven lines at O.R.V. Manufacturing’s facility in Italy.

O.R.V. Manufacturing, a leading producer of nonwoven fabrics and polyester wadding in Italy and Europe, has a rich history spanning over 75 years. The company’s production sites in northern Italy are strategically located in Carmignano di Brenta and Grantorto (PD), while its other nonwoven businesses operate in southern Italy, Romania, Poland, and Brazil.

The project officially commenced on October 1st, 2023, with a celebratory event attended by key representatives from all three companies. The journey towards this groundbreaking collaboration began with a customer event at the Nonwoven Customer and Technology Center (NCTC), where Trützschler showcased a wide range of nonwoven products, from 35 to 1400 gsm. Subsequent collaborative product development days solidified the shared vision of the three companies.
The high-performance T-SUPREMA line, which impressed O.R.V. Manufacturing during initial trials at the NCTC in Egelsbach, Germany, is at the heart of this ambitious project. This versatile line is capable of producing a wide range of nonwoven products, meeting the diverse needs of the market.
