Ottimo Digital has expanded its textile capabilities in anticipation of a post-pandemic surge in exhibits and events. Earlier this month, the Newport, South Wales-based company installed a 3.3m wide Kleverik GTC 101/3500 calender press. It offers dye-sub transfer printing as well as dye and pigment fixing for direct-to-textile printing.
FabriVu is a Danish exhibition and events business located in Copenhagen. It wants to capitalise on some of its specialised fabclad applications, such as hanging 3D buildings, pods, pop-ups, rooms inside spaces, and walled zones. According to Peter Lindwall, the business has invested in a number of start-ups and new players that provide prospective prospects.
