Asahi Kasei presents Velutine™ Evo an additional fibrillation

Bemberg™ by Asahi Kasei is presenting today its Velutine™ Evo brand representing an additional smart choice in finishing refinement technology developed by the Japanese laboratories of Asahi Kasei for Bemberg™. In fact, it offers a new way to generate fibrillation, featuring fabrics with a more “quiet- relaxed” appearance combined with a delicate and sensitive touch! On top of that, thanks to the company’s continuous innovation

DNA, Velutine™ Evo brings very interesting environmental, global warming (CO2 emission) and water profiles for the benefit of Bemberg™ partners in the manufacture of their ranges. Today they can choose their fibrillation technology based on look, touch and environmental elements. 

In order to support its new technology of fibrillation, Asahi Kasei is also sharing the LCA study report – Life Cycle Assessment – realized for Velutine™ Evo. The study evaluated and quantified the environmental impact indicators associated with the technological processes involved in the production of Bemberg™ dyed fabric through the application of the traditional technology of fibrillation. LCA report study made by Centro Tessile Serico Sostenibile confirms all the projected data
