The well-known Color Atlas by Archroma® color catalog has been made portable by Archroma, a pioneer in specialty chemicals worldwide, with the goal of improving processes in the apparel and textile sectors. These new versions, the Mini Flex and Mini Palette, provide a practical and effective way to compare colors while at home, at work, or in the factory.

Traditional physical color libraries are bulky; however, the Mini Flex and Mini Palette editions are small and easy to use. They give designers a dependable tool free from the constraints of digital displays for precise color comparison and selection.

There are 5,760 distinct colors in both versions, comprising 1,440 colors for polyester and 4,320 colors for cotton. Archroma also offers these hues as Engineered Color Standards, which come with detailed dyeing instructions, details on eco-compliance, and technical assistance.

The innovation’s significance was emphasized by Chris Hipps, Global Director of Archroma Color Management: “Since its launch in 2016, our Color Atlas has encouraged creativity, improved communication, and helped ensure color accuracy.” We keep coming up with new ideas to help brands, designers, and mills collaborate more quickly and intelligently no matter where they are, as the fashion and textile industries are being transformed by new methods of working both physically and digitally and by the need for speed.
