CAI requests to GOI, hopeful for Future

Cotton associations Of India’s President Mr. Atul Ganatra , stated that after COVID 19 Lockdown situation of India will be good. Few views here by :-

– Ginning Factories are closed , no production

– Yarn Mills don’t have excess Stock, so once Market will open, it will have great demand of Cotton. Spinning Mills are in profit from last 3-4 months.

– Cotton seed Sowing season is now, but no agriculture labour is available now, due to lockdown all went to their hometown. Almost , 25% of Labour shortage now.

– Export LC , LR copies are on courier , Lock down stopped moving courier. So cant help it but wait and watch for Export order confirmation and consignment movement.

Actual situation of Market only will be recognised once lock down will be opened.
