A well-known online retailer of clothing, Boohoo, has announced the addition of John Goold as an independent non-executive director to the board with effect from April 27. Goold will head up the audit committee and join the nominating, compensation, and risk committees as well.In 1996, Goold joined Touché Ross in London, which later changed its name to Deloitte, and earned his chartered accountant designation.
He has over 25 years of expertise advising public businesses and has extensive knowledge of corporate finance and corporate brooking. He co-founded Arden Partners before becoming the CEO of Zeus Capital. According to a news statement from the company, Goold is now the CEO of Kelso Group Holdings plc and a non-executive director of Oncimmune Holdings plc.
