Raymond Eyes Up To 25% Export Growth

According to Gautam Hari Singhania, chairman and managing director of Raymond Ltd., which is involved in the real estate and leisure industries among other things, the company plans to increase exports by up to 25%.

He stated, “Exports are going well. “The success of the China plus one plan makes me believe that exports will increase by over 20 to 25%. People have come to the realisation that they cannot put all of their eggs in China’s basket because they will be compelled to leave if China enters any turbulent situation tomorrow, he continued.

“American businesses may face political pressure to avoid doing business with China, so they would assert that if they went to China plus one, they would have at least two or three suppliers. India will benefit from it, he said. added.  America, Europe, and Japan are the company’s three primary export markets. It exports textiles and apparel.
