NCLAT Dismisses Plea Against Sintex’s Insolvency

According to TeamLease data, 60% of Indian businesses believe that the PLI sector will help with recruiting intentions. According to the research, small and medium-sized businesses are anticipated to hire the most people under the programme, with a hiring intent of 70%. Large organisations, with a hiring intention of 22%, will come after this.
