Best Practices Greentech Global EHS Award is given to Brandix

Visakhapatnam, August 2nd, 2024: The Greentech Global Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Award for Best Practices in Environment Protection Category for the year 2024 has been bestowed upon Brandix India Apparel City (BIAC), with great pleasure. This prestigious award honors BIAC’s steadfast dedication to environmental sustainability as well as its creative methods of environmental preservation and protection.

In the clothing and textile industries, Brandix India Apparel City has long been a trailblazer, establishing standards for environmentally friendly operations. With the installation of a solar sludge dryer and the sustainable harvesting of 50% of the park’s yearly water usage from rainwater, BIAC is the first clothing park in the state to be landfill-free. By optimizing overall energy consumption and making ongoing investments in clean energy, The Park hopes to achieve net-zero emissions by 2030.
