Anatomie, an upscale athleisure and performance label, has debuted its first full menswear line, which includes jackets, t-shirts, button-ups, blazers, and trousers.
With prices ranging from 98 dollars for a men’s v-neck t-shirt to 398 dollars for a safari jacket, the line contains the US brand’s characteristic wrinkle-resistant and quick-dry materials.
The new collection was inspired by “immense demand” from the brand’s female customers who wanted to buy comparable clothing for their significant others.
It comes as the athleisure market continues to grow, fueled in part by new work-from-home habits established during the flu pandemic during the last year.
According to market research firm Technavio, the market is predicted to expand by $19.5 billion between 2020 and 2024. After years in the sportswear industry, husband and wife Kate and Shawn Boyer created Anatomie in 2006.
