This partnership introduces a 1+1 master’s Programme in Business Engineering (MBE), aiming to empower aspiring automotive professionals with world-class education and skills for thriving international careers.

The 1+1 master’s program will give young people technical know-how, business savvy, and international experience. It is designed to be completed in India for one year and then at Steinbeis University in Germany for another year. It provides a forum for promoting quality and innovation in the fast-paced automotive industry. Additionally, by training qualified individuals who can succeed in global positions within the automobile industry, this program solves the labor deficit in European nations. This innovative strategy minimizes financial obligations while guaranteeing access to international education. Additionally, the program addresses the region’s labor deficit by providing access to possible employment prospects across Europe.

Speaking about the collaboration, Mr. F R Singhvi, President of ASDC, said,
“This collaboration demonstrates our dedication to developing globally competitive automotive leaders. We hope to give our young people access to cutting-edge information, business methods, and global job prospects by partnering with a renowned university like Steinbeis University. In order to ensure that students gain competencies that satisfy worldwide standards, the program aims to close the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. The German university Steinbeis is well known for emphasizing sustainable technology and management, which makes it a perfect partner for ASDC’s goal of creating a workforce prepared for the future.

Ms. Garima Jhamb, Assistant Vice President – NEP ImplementationASDC emphasized the value of the partnership, saying, “At ASDC, we understand how important it is to give young minds the proper tools and a global perspective.
