In a statement here today, the Chairman of the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (Texprocil), Shri Sunil Patwari welcomed the appointment of Shri Giriraj Singh as the new Union Minister for Textiles and Shri Pabitra Margherita as the Minister of State for Textiles.
Shri Sunil Patwari said that Texprocil looks forward to receiving the whole hearted support of the newly appointed Ministers in making the textile industry more vibrant not only through an increase in exports but also by generating employment for the entire textile value chain.
Chairman, Texprocil further hoped that under the new Minister’s dynamic leadership, many of the issues pertaining to the cotton textile sector will be taken up on priority and resolved.
Shri Patwari once again congratulated both, Shri Giriraj Singh and Shri Pabitra Margherita on their latest appointments, wishing them the very best in their new assignments.
