Fashion brand Zara has announced the launch of a capsule collection made using textile recycler Evrnu’s NuCycl lyocell.

NuCycl is produced entirely from cotton textile waste via a chemical recycling solution said to retain the features and performance of virgin lyocell.

Stacy Flynn, Evrnu’s founder and chief executive, commented: “Evrnu’s vision is to help brands create clothing out of recycled materials that can continue to be recycled. We are heartened by the growing demand from both brands and consumers for new kinds of high-performance, circular materials.”
