Vantage Clothing, Avanel, N.J., announced the acquisition of Lynka, a full-service European corporate apparel supplier located in Poland. According to Vantage, the purchase will make it the world’s largest seller and designer of business clothing, with its decorating services available globally.
Vantage Apparel and Lynka have partnered to supply Vantage’s core product selection, paving the path for worldwide uniform programmes, which have been developing markets for the two firms over the previous five years. Vantage will continue to be led by creator and shareholder John Lynch, who will serve as president. Lynka distributes customised clothing throughout Europe in as little as 3-10 business days. The firm employs over 250 people in Poland and serves customers in 25 countries around Europe.
Lynka is one of Europe’s few Worldwide Responsible Accredited Accredited Accredited Production-certified garment manufacturers, assuring safe, compliance, and ecologically acceptable processes. Lynka has adorned over 85 million clothes since its inception in 1992. The firm just relocated to a new 100,000-square-foot decorating and logistics facility south of Krakow.
