THE GUCCI FASHION SHOW LIVE FROM THE INTERIORS OF CASTEL DEL MONTE

The Italian fashion maison returns to its historical heritage with the anticipated Gucci Fashion show 2022 in the precincts of the Castel Del Monte in Apulia, Italy. The rich history archived in the architectural structure of the site has inspired Creative Director, Alessandro Michele to choose the inspirational landmark for the showcase. Built around 1240 and preserved under World Heritage site status since 1996, the castle is an embodiment of a diverse array of culture, eras and religions–a trait shared by the philosophical ethos of the luxury house. Through the marvels restored in this cultural site, the House of Gucci will commemorate its Italian roots and legacy. The fashion showcase, which will be held on May 16, will also attribute Gucci’s efforts towards an enhancement project of the castle–an improvement in the visitor experience and preservation of its inherent historic essence.
