Otto Group is partnering with AliExpress Russia for the launch of Bonprix. This move is part of Otto groups strategy to diversify its online sales channels.
AliExpress is handling the logistics part of this partnership, which was a major problem for the Otto group.
This partnership will boost AliExpress’s fashion goods offering by 26,000 SKUs. Fashion has proven to be a popular and fast-growing segment in the Russian market, accounting for 15% of sales last year and expanding at a rate of 210 percent year over year.
