Kornit Digital Ltd., a leader in sustainable, on-demand digital printing for fashion and textiles, has entered a strategic partnership with MAS ACME USA, a subsidiary of MAS Holdings, to transform the fashion production landscape. Announced on May 21, 2024, this collaboration aims to integrate Kornit’s digital production technology with MAS ACME USA’s advanced supply chain data analytics to build a smarter, faster, and more sustainable fashion ecosystem.
MAS Holdings, one of South Asia’s top apparel manufacturers, works with major global brands such as Nike, Gap, Marks & Spencer, and Victoria’s Secret. With this agreement, Kornit’s efficient, on-demand production capabilities will be fused with MAS ACME’s precision-driven supply chain orchestration. The objective is to empower brands and retailers with a responsive U.S.-based manufacturing model that reduces overproduction, eliminates long lead times, and enables more accurate inventory and demand planning.
The alliance addresses some of the fashion industry’s most critical pain points—excess stock, markdown losses, and supply chain rigidity—by enabling weekly, local production runs tailored to real-time market data. Brands can maximize full-price sales, reduce unsold inventory, and improve capital efficiency while contributing to a more sustainable model.
Ronen Samuel, CEO of Kornit Digital, emphasized the urgency for change in the outdated fashion supply chain and called this partnership a pivotal step toward responsible, data-driven production. Brad Ballentine, CEO of MAS ACME USA, highlighted how Kornit’s technology completes their vision for rapid, demand-responsive production, marking a significant advancement in flexible, onshore manufacturing.
This partnership is a breakthrough for the industry, offering scalable, eco-friendly solutions that align profit with sustainability.
