GUESS JEANS launches in India in partnership with Tata CLiQ

By means of a strategic long-term franchise agreement with Tata Group’s multi-category e-commerce platform, Tata CLiQ (Tata UniStore Limited), Guess? Inc., which runs the GUESS brand in India through its subsidiary, Guess? India Pvt Ltd, will introduce GUESS JEANS, a denim lifestyle brand based in California, in the nation.

As a result of this collaboration, Tata CLiQ will serve as GUESS JEANS’ official retailer in India. They will increase their retail footprint by opening both physical and online locations, giving the brand an omnichannel presence.

The GUESS JEANS brand was created and introduced by Nicolai Marciano, Chief New Business Development Officer at Guess Inc. The practice – which also eliminates the use of pumice stones – significantly decreases the water and energy consumption of stone washing.
