Fashion designer Gaurang Shah has launched e-store for ready to wear handwoven men’s (www.men.gaurang.co) and “Little GAURANG” (www.little.gaurang.co) collections for kids.
The company will sell its sustainability-led luxury apparel on its website, woven by its team of 800 + artisans. His couture and pret-line items will be located in the new portal, making it a one-stop fashion centre for fashionable, casual wear and special occasions.
The theory behind the online portal is, according to Gaurang Shah, “people have more
time to think on what’s online because of the pandemic in the last few months.” Many that lack shopping counselling also need to know where internet access to their beloved designer clothes is open.
An selection of the designer’s signature handwoven, bandi jackets, kurtas and sherwanis will be listed in the Men’s catalogue available at the e-store.
“The demand from my customers to apply my signature to menswear has always been high, and I figured this was the right platform to launch them.”
The designer is launching a handwoven fashion line through Little Gaurang that incorporates khadi, handwoven fabrics, and natural dyes on the prints for 0-12-year-olds of these fabrics.
In partnership with artisans from across the world, each piece is
handcrafted to include stitching, dyeing and printing in our design series.
