Companies throughout the denim supply chain are increasing production to satisfy the rising demand for circular jeans.
Crystal Denim, a Hong Kong-based denim producer, has presented its first collection designed in compliance with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation Jeans Redesign criteria. The collection features jeans composed of 98 percent organic cotton, mushroom-derived finishing, and no rivets, making them completely recyclable. Fabrics use certified organic materials and safer chemicals that adhere to the Manufacturing Restricted Substance List of the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) (MRSL).
