14.5 million received by OROS in series A funding

The OROS, which is an American startup specialized in creating thermal materials and performance apparel, announced that they have received 14.5 million dollars in series A funding on 24th June 2021, which was led by Elizabeth Street Ventures and Enlightenment Capital.

OROS also stated that they are to led 13 million dollars to outwear industry with its thermal materials, technical fabrics and insulation technology along with the funding will be dedicated to market a new performance apparel and executive rights to underlying NASA intellectual property, in 2022.

Jeff Nash the Chief Technology Officer and VP of Product at OROS, also said in a Press release “I have been in this industry for decades and since day one OROS has strive to transform insulated apparel only using the best materials and technologies and some of which has been developed with exclusive access to NASA intellectual property and been the most demanding applications in space.”
