While building success in researching, mapping, modelling, and linking the circular textile-to-textile systems in the US, now Accelerating Circularity is launching its brand-new project in Europe.

Karla Magruder, the founder and president of Accelerating Circularity, remarked, “We think of successful projects as those that can be repeated and scaled to maximize their impression.”

The founding partners of Accelerating Circularity Europe include DuPont Biomaterials, the European Outdoor Group, GIZ, Gr3n, Inditex, Lenzing, Recover, Recyclatex Group, Reverse Resources, Texaid, and Zalando, who work in retail, circular supply chain, and textile recycling. They will be the global face of the Accelerating Circularity movement.

This launch will advance the goal of the industry, enabling it to achieve a scaled, global and circular textile system, said the founder. They are now working with the other European founding partners to develop new systems for circular product specifications and to motive garment take-back programs.
