A Meeting Foe Setting Up Mini Textile Park In Krishnagiri

The Collector invited business owners to help build the district’s infrastructure.  This project calls for a 2.50 crore subsidy and a minimum of two acres to accommodate at least three textile units.

Entrepreneurs and developers who wish to take part in the creation of such a park must meet the following requirements: land; infrastructure (which includes an approach road, water distribution, electricity, including a captive power plant, effluent treatment, and communication facilities); built-up area (to include an inspection hall, conference hall, training hall, trading centre, warehouse, inputs hall, crèche, canteen, and workers hostels); manufacturing floor; machinery and equipment, as well as immovable objects (such as vehicles, machinery)

According to the district administration, only the second, third, and fourth criterion are eligible for the government subsidy of 2.50 crore.Developers and businesspeople are welcome to take part in the establishing a small textile park in the neighbourhood is suggested by the ministry of textiles and handicrafts. Hamsaveni, the Deputy Director for the Salem region, and Prasanna Balamurugan, the General Manager of the District Industries Centre, among others, attended the meeting.
