New Aadhaar Seva Kendra Opens in Telangana’s Kothagudem

The BLS International-operated centre has four enrolment and update kits and the capacity to serve 200–250 residents daily.

A new Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) has commenced operations in Kothagudem, Telangana, to provide residents with access to Aadhaar enrolment and update services.

Located on the ground floor at H. No. 13-3-58, Ganga Bhushan Basthi, Old Kothagudem, Kothagudem, Telangana – 507101, the centre is equipped with four operational Aadhaar enrolment and update kits to address demand for Aadhaar-related services in the region.

The centre is managed and operated by BLS International, a global technology-enabled services provider for governments and citizens. According to the announcement, the facility is part of the company's efforts to strengthen digital identity infrastructure and improve last-mile service delivery across India.

Aadhaar Enrolment and Update Services

The Aadhaar Seva Kendra provides a range of services, including new Aadhaar enrolment, demographic updates such as name, address and date of birth, biometric updates, document updates, grievance redressal and query resolution.

The centre was inaugurated in the presence of Shri Ankit, IAS, District Collector and Magistrate, along with other dignitaries.

Facilities for Accessible Service Delivery

The centre has been designed to provide an accessible environment for residents, with wheelchair access and accessible restrooms. It also features a dedicated helpdesk, waiting areas, a token and queue management system, drinking water, air conditioning and clear service information.

Facilities have also been included to support senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

The centre has the capacity to serve between 200 and 250 residents per day, providing local access to Aadhaar enrolment and update services.
