NC State crew hangs around with the e-textiles idea

An investigation team at North Carolina State University has polished a technique of printing electrically by conductive inks on polyester fabrics, which expects it could give assurance in the evolution of smart clothing.

The educators describe how a standard Fujifilm Dimatix inkjet printer becomes sufficient to deposit the liquid inks onto the polyester coating, a procedure that may be accomplished at room temperature and in standard weather conditions.
