Solution

Synavax™ Heat Shield™ High Heat Insulation coating was applied to the exterior of the dyeing machine for insulation. Results were a reduction of energy consumption by 47.5% in total for a 185 minute process, for a more energy efficient textile manufacturing result.

Steam consumption reduced from 4890 kg to 2569 kg – A savings of 2321 kg steam use.
