Miracle Miles Unifies Global Product Data Across China and US with Centric PLM

The footwear group strengthens cross-border collaboration and product data governance following its acquisition of Justfab
Centric Software® has announced that Miracle Miles Technology Co., Ltd. (Miracle Miles) has successfully gone live with Centric PLM™, aimed at strengthening global product data governance and multi-brand operations.
Centric Software provides integrated, end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions for fashion, luxury, footwear, outdoor, home, cosmetics and personal care, as well as multi-category retail businesses.
Miracle Miles has expanded from its headquarters in Changsha into an international footwear group with offices in Shenzhen, Fuzhou and Los Angeles. The company owns brands including Dream Pairs, Bruno Marc and Nortiv8, with products across women’s, men’s, children’s, outdoor and athletic footwear. Its products reach consumers across North America, Europe and Asia.
Addressing Global Product Data Challenges
The acquisition of US e-commerce company Justfab expanded Miracle Miles’ operations beyond China while increasing the need for stronger data governance.
The company required a single source of truth across its global operations while allowing its US team to retain the flexibility required for local product development and go-to-market execution.
“Before the project, we did not have enough visibility into the US team's product data,” says Milo Zhong, IT Manager and PLM Project Lead at Miracle Miles. “Centric PLM now shows how much data exists, where product development stands and which processes have room to improve. That information has become an important asset for Miracle Miles and provides a reliable foundation for more targeted marketing decisions.”
The Centric PLM implementation focused on upgrading and integrating Justfab’s existing solution into Miracle Miles’ group operations.
The project involved Miracle Miles’ China headquarters, US-based Justfab and Techstyle teams, along with Centric Software project teams in China and the United States. The teams worked across different time zones, languages and operating cultures while configuring Justfab’s complex business logic.
Cross-Border Implementation
“The implementation experience was very positive,” Zhong shares. “The Centric team understood our requirements quickly because they had strong industry context and knew how product development teams work.”
Communication was particularly important as the teams mapped Justfab’s detailed operational requirements into the upgraded solution.
“When we faced intricate process logic, the Centric team introduced practical tools and worked closely with both teams until every issue was resolved,” Zhong adds.
Following go-live, the US Justfab team continues to work in Centric PLM, maintaining business continuity following the acquisition.
At Miracle Miles’ China headquarters, the implementation provides real-time visibility into Justfab’s product data, development pace and data quality. This addresses the previous lack of visibility and turns previously scattered information into a group-level asset.
Common Product Management Standards
Miracle Miles can now establish common product management standards without disrupting local team workflows. Centric PLM provides a structured approach for aligning data, processes and workflows as additional teams connect to a shared product data structure.
“Global expansion is no longer just about entering new markets. It is about connecting product data while preserving the autonomy local teams need to innovate,” says Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software. “We're proud to support Miracle Miles in creating a single source of product data in Centric PLM for its global teams while preserving business continuity for its U.S. operations. We look forward to strengthening our partnership as Miracle Miles continues to accelerate its global footprint and drive innovation in the footwear industry.”
