Milano Unica 43: InsideOut by C.L.A.S.S. Promotes Traceability, Circularity and Textile Innovation

The InsideOut by C.L.A.S.S. campaign has been introduced as a cultural and social initiative aimed at making visible the processes, expertise and decisions that contribute to the development of fashion products. The campaign focuses on increasing awareness of the values embedded within textile supply chains and connecting consumers with the production journey behind garments.

The initiative is based on the InsideOut by C.L.A.S.S. Value Decalogue, which includes Ethics, Social Initiatives, Traceability & Transparency, Environment, Health, Circular Economy Initiatives, Design, Ingredients, Production, and Dyeing & Finishing. These elements collectively represent the production processes and decisions involved in creating textile products.

Milano Unica serves as a platform where these values are demonstrated through textile innovation, fibre development, manufacturing technologies and responsible sourcing practices. The exhibition also brings together manufacturers, suppliers, communication professionals and educators involved in the textile and fashion industries.

According to the organisers, Milano Unica's patronage of the InsideOut by C.L.A.S.S. campaign supports efforts to encourage dialogue around transparency, responsibility and supply chain awareness across the fashion sector.

The campaign concludes with the C.L.A.S.S. Tour to Milano Unica 43, designed to guide visitors through examples of innovation, traceability, creativity and responsible production presented during the exhibition.
