Microban International to Present Antimicrobial and Odour-Capture Technologies at FILTECH 2026

Company to Highlight EcoFresh, MicroGuard and AEGIS Solutions for Filtration Applications at Booth F38, Hall 8

Microban International will participate in FILTECH 2026, the world's largest filtration exhibition, where it will showcase its antimicrobial and odour-capture technologies at Booth F38, Hall 8. The company will present solutions developed for filtration media and finished filter systems used across a range of applications.

Microban International, a provider of antimicrobial and odour-capture technologies, has announced its participation in FILTECH 2026, where it will exhibit its latest filtration solutions at Booth F38, Hall 8. The exhibition is recognised as the world's largest event dedicated to filtration and separation technologies.

The company develops additive formulations designed for integration into filter substrates to support filtration performance, cleanliness and product longevity. Its portfolio includes both metal-based and metal-free chemistries, with solutions compatible with spunbond, meltblown, needle-punched, cellulose and speciality filtration media.

Microban works with filtration manufacturers to develop customised formulations and provides technical, regulatory and marketing support through laboratories located in North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific.

During the exhibition, the company will feature technologies including EcoFresh, MicroGuard and AEGIS, which are designed to provide continuous surface protection against bacteria, mould, mildew and odours that may affect filtration efficiency.

Among the featured products is EcoFresh, the company's odour-capture technology developed for polymer applications. The technology is designed to address multiple odour categories, including fish odour (amines and sulfides) and smoke odour (aromatics). According to the company, EcoFresh provides non-biocidal odour capture and is intended to deliver continuous odour control across various operating environments.

Visitors to the booth will have the opportunity to meet with Microban's formulation and regulatory specialists to discuss the integration of these technologies into existing filtration processes. The company will also present examples of filtration applications developed by partners using Microban technologies in filtration media.

FILTECH 2026 will provide a platform for manufacturers and industry professionals to explore developments in filtration and separation technologies while engaging with suppliers across the sector.
