Marzoli, a global leader in spinning technology and part of the Camozzi Group, is set to make a powerful statement at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025, taking place in Singapore from October 28–31. Exhibiting in Hall 3, Booth D301, the company introduces its new vision under the slogan “Design to Impact – Turning Advanced Solutions into Strategic Advantage.”

This presentation marks a major step in Marzoli’s transformation from a textile machinery manufacturer into a comprehensive engineering and technology partner for the textile value chain, covering luxury, fashion, denim, and technical textiles.

Through its Technology Accelerator Center (TAC), Marzoli is pioneering high-value services that address industry challenges like resource efficiency, circularity, and digital integration. Key innovations on display include:

  • Recycled Yarns: Using Marzoli’s patented Refiber machine, the company produces advanced recycled fibers with superior strength and quality, offering a sustainable second life for textile waste.
  • Functionalized Yarns: A new patented process enhances yarns with nanofibers, merging natural texture with advanced performance features.
  • Digital Suite and TexTrack Platform: Integrated digital tools for predictive maintenance, production optimization, and complete traceability.
  • Reengineering Solutions: Modular systems for machine upgrades that extend lifecycle and boost operational efficiency.

According to Cristian Locatelli, General Manager of Marzoli, “Alongside our traditional machinery offering, Marzoli is moving decisively toward integrated solutions designed to address the textile industry’s key challenges. This strategic shift positions us as a long-term partner, not just a supplier.”

At the booth, Marzoli will also unveil the FTM320 Roving Frame Machine, which boosts spinning efficiency by up to 5% through a dual-sided modular system. Complementing it, the MARTE bobbin transport system integrates real-time stock monitoring and roving waste recovery, setting a new benchmark for automation.

Visitors will also experience high-end denim, cashmere, wool, and technical fabrics produced in collaboration with DNM Denim, Botto Giuseppe, and Tempotest, showcasing Marzoli’s machinery excellence.

Founded in 1851 and part of the Camozzi Group Textile Division since 1999, Marzoli continues to blend mechanical precision, digital intelligence, and sustainable innovation, reinforcing its commitment to advancing circular processes and next-generation textile manufacturing.
