Magnera’s TYPAR® brand, a leader in premium weather-resistant building solutions, has introduced TYPAR® Liquid Flashing, a high-performance, elastomeric, gun-grade sealant designed to enhance air and water sealing for both residential and commercial buildings. TYPAR® Liquid Flashing is engineered to simplify application while offering long-term reliability.
