Lever Style Corporation (HKEX: 1346) has announced its seventh acquisition since its 2019 initial public offering, continuing its strategic expansion across the global apparel supply chain. The Group has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire designated assets from Active Apparel Group (AAG), a move that significantly strengthens Lever Style’s activewear and performance apparel capabilities.

The transaction reinforces Lever Style’s long-term growth strategy by deepening its exposure to one of the fastest-growing segments of the global apparel industry. Active Apparel Group brings 38 years of experience serving premium international brands, with established expertise spanning activewear, outerwear, and swimwear. Its strong positioning within the activewear category complements Lever Style’s existing fashion-focused strengths, creating opportunities for cross-selling and enhanced operational leverage.

AAG’s product complexity and customer base align closely with Lever Style’s premium market positioning, allowing the Group to broaden its product offering while maintaining consistency in quality, design sophistication, and client expectations. The integration is expected to enhance Lever Style’s ability to serve global brands with diversified, high-performance product solutions.

Lever Style already operates from a solid base in activewear and performance apparel, working with leading global brands such as Arc’teryx, Columbia Sportswear, Helly Hansen, Spanx, Skims, and J.Lindeberg. The Group also collaborates with a wide range of premium and contemporary labels including Alexander Wang, Theory, and Todd Snyder, alongside digitally native brands such as Bonobos and Ministry of Supply.

Active Apparel Group serves as a production partner for several well-known technical and lifestyle apparel brands, including Greyson, Johnnie-O, Sun Day Red, Boggi, and Bandit Running, further strengthening Lever Style’s access to premium activewear customers and specialist manufacturing expertise.

The acquisition comes at a time when the global apparel industry faces heightened uncertainty. Ongoing geopolitical tensions in Europe and the impact of tariffs on the US market have made 2025 a challenging year for apparel exporters and supply chain operators. With growing concerns around a potential tariff-driven US recession in 2026, Lever Style has increasingly focused on inorganic growth opportunities to reinforce resilience and sustain momentum.

Commenting on the acquisition, Stanley Szeto, Executive Chairman of Lever Style, said:

"Bad times are the best times to buy. This acquisition strengthens our activewear expertise and enables us to deliver greater value to our clients across an even broader range of product categories."

With this latest transaction, Lever Style continues to position itself as a diversified, agile supply chain partner for premium global apparel brands, reinforcing its presence in high-growth segments while navigating a complex global trade environment.
